There are dozens of peer-reviewed studies supporting the healing benefits of meditation. Each month as a gift to our community we offer a Tibetan Singing Bowls meditation and group session. These 2-hour sessions give an experiential of these ancient tools for health and healing on all levels of our being–physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. You’ll also hear some history and learn interesting facts and techniques to support your overall well-being. Join us every 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow for your comfort. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a covered water bottle–Hydration is Vital!!
