AEH Refund, Cancellation, and Returns Policy

The Academy of Energy Healers wants customers to understand what they are purchasing and what options are available if plans change. This Refund, Cancellation, and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through https://academyeh.com, including trainings, classes, individual sessions, Immersions, downloadable materials, and related services.
Because many Academy of Energy Healers offerings include digital materials, reserved appointment time, personalized preparation, or immediate access after purchase, different refund and cancellation rules may apply depending on the type of offering.

If you experience a problem with a purchase, download, scheduling link, payment, or service, please contact us before disputing the transaction or attempting another purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct technical problems, restore access to purchased materials, resolve scheduling issues, or otherwise address the concern.
Digital and Downloadable Materials
Some Academy of Energy Healers purchases include downloadable manuals, worksheets, training materials, instructions, or other digital content.
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases that include downloadable materials are generally not refundable after the materials have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or where the Academy of Energy Healers determines that a refund is appropriate because of an error or unusual circumstance.
If you cannot access a file or believe a download is incomplete or defective, contact info@academyeh.com. We will first attempt to restore or replace the material.
Live Trainings and Classes
Many Academy of Energy Healers trainings and classes are scheduled after purchase.
If you purchase a live training and need to change your scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your training, subject to trainer availability.
A request for cancellation made before the training has begun and before substantial training materials or services have been provided may be considered for a refund or credit at the discretion of the Academy of Energy Healers.
Once a live training has begun, been substantially completed, or the associated digital materials have been accessed, the purchase is generally not refundable.
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions reserve time specifically for the purchaser.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible. We will make reasonable efforts to move the appointment to another available time.
A completed session is not refundable merely because the purchaser later decides the session was not what they expected or because the purchaser’s personal expectations were not met.
If the Academy of Energy Healers must cancel a session and a mutually acceptable replacement time cannot be arranged, the purchaser may receive a refund for the affected session.
Missed Appointments and No-Shows
When a customer schedules a training, session, or other appointment and does not attend, trainer time has already been reserved.
Missed appointments and no-shows are generally not refundable. The Academy of Energy Healers may, at its discretion, allow an appointment to be rescheduled when circumstances reasonably justify doing so.
Immersions
Academy of Energy Healers Immersions involve individualized planning, scheduling, trainer time, and preparation. Because of this, cancellation requests for Immersions will be reviewed individually.
If an Immersion has not yet begun, the Academy of Energy Healers may offer a rescheduled date, account credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the circumstances, preparation already completed, materials already provided, and costs already incurred.
Once an Immersion has begun, amounts paid are generally not refundable for portions of the program that have already been provided or reserved.
Purchases Made in Error
If you believe you purchased the wrong offering or made a duplicate purchase, contact us promptly at info@academyeh.com.
When an error can be verified and the purchased service or digital materials have not already been substantially used or accessed, we may correct the order, issue a credit, or provide a refund as appropriate.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with the name and email address used for the order.
Verified duplicate charges will be corrected.
Technical Problems
A temporary technical problem with a download, email, scheduling link, customer account, or website does not automatically make a purchase refundable.
Please contact us so that we can correct the problem, resend materials, restore access, or provide alternative scheduling information.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After a refund is submitted, the amount of time required for the credit to appear depends on the payment processor, card issuer, or financial institution. The Academy of Energy Healers does not control bank or card-processing times.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact the Academy of Energy Healers before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Many concerns involving downloads, scheduling, duplicate purchases, or access can be resolved directly by contacting info@academyeh.com.
Physical Returns
The Academy of Energy Healers website primarily sells services, trainings, sessions, Immersions, and digital materials rather than physical merchandise.
If a physical product is offered in the future, any return or replacement terms applicable to that item may be stated on the product page or provided at the time of purchase.
Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived or excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Policy Changes
The Academy of Energy Healers may update this policy as our offerings, scheduling practices, technology, or business procedures change.
The effective date at the top of this page may be updated when material changes are made.
